From the Manager's Desk...
With summer right around the corner, I'd like to take this time to remind everyone that grills are not permitted on the top levels of the apartments. Please pull the grills away from the building and wait for them to fully cool before storing them!
Also, please help me in welcoming Robert Visger to our community. He is our new maintenance technician and has been working in the apartment business for 15 years. We are glad to have him on our team!!
As always if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call the office or stop by! -Sandra & Robert

Fireworks Safety Tips
As the July 4th holiday approaches, we know fireworks are on the mind! Please note that the discharge of fireworks is not allowed in our community. If you choose to celebrate elsewhere, please make a note of the following safety tips to enjoy the holiday responsibly.
- Use fireworks outdoors only.
- Obey local laws. If fireworks are not legal where you live, do not use them.
- Always have water handy. (A hose or bucket).
- Only use fireworks as intended. Don't try to alter them or combine them.
- Never relight a "dud" firework. Wait 20 minutes and then soak it in a bucket of water.
- Use common sense. Spectators should keep a safe distance from the shooter and the shooter should wear safety glasses.
- Alcohol and fireworks do not mix. Have a "designated shooter."
- Only persons over the age of 12 should be allowed to handle sparklers of any type.
- Do not ever use homemade fireworks of illegal explosives: They can kill you! Report illegal explosives to the fire or police department in your community.
