From the Manager's Desk...

As the Summer months are upon us, it is important to remember to supervise the children. Please remember to slow down in the parking lots. The South Park office will have several activities set for the month of June to help occupy a little bit of their Summer time.

Lock Safety Checks

To protect yourself, your family and your property, take a moment to check all of the window and door locks in your home to ensure they are in working order.  If a lock seems broken or loose, please report it to our office immediately so that we can take care of it for you!
Don't forget the Early Bird Contest. If your rent is paid in full on or before the 1st, then your household is entered into the drawing to receive $75 off of the following month's rent! Good Luck!

Pet owners, please remember that South Park has designated areas for your furry companions to do their duties. Please observe and respect others and the guidelines according to your lease agreement.

Please help us to improve our community. Keep porches, patios and balconies clear of any items that may detract from the property or cause the flow of traffic to be obstructed.

At South Park we value your opinion, let us know how we can continue to make your community feel like your home.

1 big splash cranberry juice
1 very thin slice jalapeno or serrano pepper

1 slice lime

Watermelon wedge, for garnish (optional)
Directions

Fireworks Safety Tips
As the July 4th holiday approaches, we know fireworks are on the mind!  Please note that the discharge of fireworks is not allowed in our community.  If you choose to celebrate elsewhere, please make a note of the following safety tips to enjoy the holiday responsibly.

  • Use fireworks outdoors only.

  • Obey local laws. If fireworks are not legal where you live, do not use them.

  • Always have water handy. (A hose or bucket).

  • Only use fireworks as intended. Don't try to alter them or combine them.

  • Never relight a "dud" firework. Wait 20 minutes and then soak it in a bucket of water.

  • Use common sense. Spectators should keep a safe distance from the shooter and the shooter should wear safety glasses.

  • Alcohol and fireworks do not mix. Have a "designated shooter."

  • Only persons over the age of 12 should be allowed to handle sparklers of any type.

  • Do not ever use homemade fireworks of illegal explosives: They can kill you! Report illegal explosives to the fire or police department in your community.
